My worst experience
Do not, I repeat DO NOT trust these product reviews. They are paid for.
I know that firsthand. They pay for fake reviews and I was at the receiving end. I fell for the product after reading the reviews and spent $300 on this product. I received a used item.
It was clearly cleaned to make it look new. Smelled like urine and I wasnt going to use it. After multiple email exchanges with the manufacturer, I was told that I could get my money back if I wrote good reviews on Amazon. They would even provide me with the reviews....
How shameful is this!
I refused and they kept emailing me, completely ignoring my request to get a replacement.
Now I am out of the return period and stuck with a used product and a company that will pay me $20 for a review. I just want my money back now.

Hi there! My name is Ron and I work for Therapee. I know what you're thinking: these reviews should only be written by people who actually bought this product!Well, guess what, most of the reviews here were not written by people who actually bought our product.
In fact, they were written by our competitors in order to harm our reputation. I know this because the details "mentioned" in them go against everything our company stands for. We care deeply about each and every customer, pride ourselves on providing excellent service, and happily replace any parts during and sometimes beyond the warranty period. Fortunately for the claims I just made, there is absolute proof of this.
After more than 500 reviews on Amazon, the world's biggest internet retail company, our score stands at an impressive and category-best 4.7 stars. 95% of our customers think we deserve five stars. In fact, the most common complaint in the reviews is "I wish I had found out about this earlier". Now, according to some of the reviews posted here, we pay people to post those Amazon reviews.
This claim, though utterly malicious and false, is also a little flattering. After all, how many companies have been the subject of a conspiracy theory? Unfortunately for the conspiracy theorists, Amazon strictly prohibits fake reviews. If anyone had any evidence of us buying one review, let alone hundreds, our account would be suspended and we would probably be sued by Amazon's team of nuclear powered lawyers or something.
So either our reviews are kosher, or we actually control Amazon.com, in which case I'm typing this on a solid gold keyboard while eating finest caviar. To sum up, there is no shred of evidence to support the false claims made by most of the "reviewers" on this website, while there are hundreds of verified reviews on the world's biggest retail store. It's a shame, really. Our product has helped tens of thousands of children and parents overcome the misery that comes from bedwetting.
We can deal with the financial losses we suffer because of the lies spread by our competitors. We can take it.But I don't know how our competitors can sleep at night after using lies to persuade more parents and children not to get the best bedwetting solution in the world.Sincerely, Ron from TheraPee
