Fake company with fake products. Charged card $600 for two products and shipped empty box. Not replying to emails or phone calls. Had to dispute on credit card and company lies that the package I received was a real product. I an not the first person to experience this as can be seen on the complain forum. Worst company and scammers.

My child has used this for over a month and the sensor has yet to detect and sound an alarm when wetness occurs at night. We have tried to place it in different places on the bed but still nothing. The areas where the sensor was placed were soaked but no alarm sounded. Just plain simple *** They refuse to refund my money for their *** product.

I ordered two if these on their website and they cancelled my order and recommended I call in for security verification since the order was over $500. I called them and gave them my card details and they shipped me two empty boxes. I disputed and won, but now I am seeing multiple false charges on my credit card which they have used. All in Israel, where they are based. Books, software, office supplies, so much more. I have cancelled my card, but these guys have charged me over $1k already. Cheats.

I am not the only one who has had issues with this product. After reading the reviews here, I am now sure that this is a scam. I purchased a $300 bedwetting alarm for my daughter with high hopes directly from the company and paud via PayPal. They shipped me a product which was defective from the first ngiht. The first night, the product broke. I was so upset and called the company. They said I would need an RMA etc and sent photos of the broken product. I was then told to ship it back to them, which I did. After 2 weeks I heard nothing and they said that they were processing my return. I did get a return a month later, it was an EMPTY BOX! Yes, they sent me an empty box and closed my case. I have opened a dispute with paypal for this scam. Bad business. Dont trust this company.

Hi there! My name is Ron and I work for Therapee. I know what you're thinking: these reviews should only be written by people who actually bought this product!Well, guess what, most of the reviews here were not written by people who actually bought our product.

In fact, they were written by our competitors in order to harm our reputation. I know this because the details "mentioned" in them go against everything our company stands for. We care deeply about each and every customer, pride ourselves on providing excellent service, and happily replace any parts during and sometimes beyond the warranty period. Fortunately for the claims I just made, there is absolute proof of this.

After more than 500 reviews on Amazon, the world's biggest internet retail company, our score stands at an impressive and category-best 4.7 stars. 95% of our customers think we deserve five stars. In fact, the most common complaint in the reviews is "I wish I had found out about this earlier". Now, according to some of the reviews posted here, we pay people to post those Amazon reviews.

This claim, though utterly malicious and false, is also a little flattering. After all, how many companies have been the subject of a conspiracy theory? Unfortunately for the conspiracy theorists, Amazon strictly prohibits fake reviews. If anyone had any evidence of us buying one review, let alone hundreds, our account would be suspended and we would probably be sued by Amazon's team of nuclear powered lawyers or something.

So either our reviews are kosher, or we actually control Amazon.com, in which case I'm typing this on a solid gold keyboard while eating finest caviar. To sum up, there is no shred of evidence to support the false claims made by most of the "reviewers" on this website, while there are hundreds of verified reviews on the world's biggest retail store. It's a shame, really. Our product has helped tens of thousands of children and parents overcome the misery that comes from bedwetting.

We can deal with the financial losses we suffer because of the lies spread by our competitors. We can take it.But I don't know how our competitors can sleep at night after using lies to persuade more parents and children not to get the best bedwetting solution in the world.Sincerely, Ron from TheraPee

Faulty product and bad support

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I have received a defective product, one which will not work. It is clearly used and the company will not take it back. I ordered if from their website and it was shipped from Israel. I had to pay $40 customs duty and when I opened it, the thing was used. I reached out to the company and a few days later, they said that it was an error and they would send me a replacement. But I needed to send this back. Not fair. I have already paid $300, but I had no choice, so I spent another $60 to ship it back. It is now over a month of going back and forth, but I haven't heard back from them. I wish to get my money back.

Device came with activated software. Now not getting refund

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I bought therapee for $300 from amazon, It comes with a product and a software license. I recewived it and did not use it for about 2 weeks. Then the problem started. It says that the software is already activated and I cant use the product. I emailed the company and they said that two licenses were issued to me and both were used. Strange..... I should have simply returned it back, but they told me that a new license would be sent to me. Every time I received a code, it was pre-activated and they would send me another one a few days later. Finally, it was past 30 days and they stopped responding. I can;t return the item back to Amazon now and am stuck with a $300 purchase which is completely useless. Scam!

This is a bad product and a bad company to deal with. The product failed to operate as intended. When I called the company, they refuse to honor the warranty saying that once it has been used, they cant take it back. They will however provide warranty if I mail it back to them via express mail to their office in Israel. Wow. I am already hit by $300 for something that never worked, now I have to pay $80 to ship it back to you? It doesn't end here. They also want me to pay them $80 to ship it back to me and $50 for replacement parts. I would be down $210 when your product has the fault. Stand up for your product's warranty. I feel cheated.

Not good. Didn't work straight out of the box. Daughter is wetting the bed every night, but the alarm will not sound at all. Complete waste of $600. Thereapee will not take it back cause its used. How can I test it without using it? I want my money back and they wont even respond to my emails.

This company and the product are just the worst. After spending even $300, what I got was a refurbished unit. It was used. It smelled of urine and the plastic was bent. This is a bedwetting alarm and it comes in contact with urine. I am amazed how the seller could have done this to me. I can't use it. I have reached out to them and they said it would be fixed promptly and they sent me a replacement. What I received 4 weeks later was an empty envelope.... Brilliant scamming technique by the company. I have been scammed and now I am disputing with my credit card. Bad business practice. I should have known better.

Does not work. Spent way too much on this product for something that doesnt work. Never wakes up my son and once its wet, the mat takes hours to dry. You can use it only once at night and no more. The reviews are certainly fake and I fell for it. Need my money back and the company has stopped responding to my emails and phone calls.

My worst experience

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Do not, I repeat DO NOT trust these product reviews. They are paid for.

I know that firsthand. They pay for fake reviews and I was at the receiving end. I fell for the product after reading the reviews and spent $300 on this product. I received a used item.

It was clearly cleaned to make it look new. Smelled like urine and I wasnt going to use it. After multiple email exchanges with the manufacturer, I was told that I could get my money back if I wrote good reviews on Amazon. They would even provide me with the reviews....

How shameful is this!

I refused and they kept emailing me, completely ignoring my request to get a replacement.

Now I am out of the return period and stuck with a used product and a company that will pay me $20 for a review. I just want my money back now.

Fraud Company

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
This has to be a fraud. I ordered the item from the company for $300, yes, $300 and I got a product shipped from Amazon. The item was sent to me but had a different name on it. I refused shipment not sure what I received and a few days later the company told me that they shipped through Amazon. But why the different name? Well they did that so they could write a review for themselves. Now, since I refused the shipment, they want to charge me 25% restocking fee. That is $75 for a product I did not get under my name and refused. I have disputed with the credit card company. No ethics. I warn others from dealing with this business. It is not reliable and not credible. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible product and rude customer service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I received a product from this company which is defective. The product literally broke after 3 days of use. I reached out to the company but they are refusing to replace the item. They say that the user was too heavy and that caused the item to break. My daughter is only 5 years old. How is that heavy to use a product? I ordered the product 1month ago and it took forever to reach here. When I received it, it had a different name for some unknown reason. In any event, the product was defective and I have made that clear to the company. They fail to understand that and will not provide me warranty service or return. Horrible product and rude customer service.
